    I tried purchasing the classic monthly package several times. Every attempt I get an unauthorized user message. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I’m trying to order hair pins on the website, and after I put in my information it tells me I have ano invalid shipping method, however there’s no option to change the shipping, do you not deliver to my area?

    tried a second card this morning and again receved the Error #1 Use Authentication failed message. Tried calling and continually busy. Kind of frustrated with you site. Heard good things about it, but not my experience so far.

      Hi Tom,

      I am sorry you were having difficulty. We do not offer a monthly classic subscription anymore. We do however, have an all access subscription and you can pay monthly $99 for all access or $799 for a full year. Another option to consider is when you purchase a live workshop you get all access to HDTV for free for a full year. Let me know if I can answer any questions or set you up for a free week trial.
