It’s the other stuff’ that makes the difference – communication, customer delight, confidence, self motivation, etc. 4/ “Where you put your focus is where you get your results” Therefore you must make sure your focus is in the right place or else you will get the wrong results – it is no good setting easy goals to achieve if the results you get are not sending you in the right direction 6/ “Don’t sell to people – let them buy” Inspire people, excite people, motivate people to have colour, treatments, different styles and great products, rather than selling stuff to them. 8/ “Focus on profit” Turnover is vanity – profit is sanity! If you are only focused on what comes in, you will never ake the profit you could or should do. 10/ “If you want change – change something!” The most important advice of all – if it’s not working – change it – it is amazing how many people want things to be different in their life, their job, their career, but wont do anything different!
