If you are only focused on what comes in, you will never ake the profit you could or should do. 9/ “Be alive inside” If you want to be alive on the outside – passionate about your job, delighting people, inspiring people etc, then you have to be alive on the inside – take responsibility for your own motivation. 10/ “If you want change – change something!” The most important advice of all – if it’s not working – change it – it is amazing how many people want things to be different in their life, their job, their career, but wont do anything different!
