Brittany and her salon team are founding members of HDTV, it is a thrill to see how their investment in education and follow through is now bringing great results not only to Brittany but her entire salon team. Here’s What Brittany had to say about her experiences with HairDesignerTV and Vivienne Mackinder workshops:
“I remember coming to my first artist to artist at your studio, when you told me about HairDesignerTV from the very beginning I was so excited.
Being a salon owner and building my team from scratch I do not have a lot of time to grow myself and my team. HDTV has been a great tool not only for me to increase my skills I have been able to include my staff on this journey. I have been able to listen to documentaries and learn from other industry icons. One thing I am working on now is learning how to create great images and really polishing and practicing my skills.On HairDesignerTv everything you need to learn is there about photo-shoots, branding and marketing My staff that is young and they can see what this industry has to offer, they want to learn from the industries best and now they can through HairDesignerTV. In this down economy we are all cutting expenses one thing i wont cut down on is education.I really think that this investment is really starting to pay off. Knowledge is power and HDTV has given me a great tool with out having to spend lots $$$ bringing in educators in to train my team.
i am a big fan of your artist to artist program what way to get intimate with you and really polish and work on the skills without any interruption just focusing on what I need to work on. I always leave so ready to work and achieve my goals. Vivienne your are really a true icon and thanks for really sharing your years of experience with us. It means so much.
